Pool Cleaning Technician
Clean, balance, and maintain residential pools on a regular route.
- Skim, brush, vacuum, and test water
- Add chemicals safely
- Reliable and friendly with customers
Lead Technician
Run a crew, handle repairs and equipment checks, and train new hires.
- 1+ year pool experience preferred (a CPO certification can raise your pay)
- Valid driver's license
- Leadership and good communication
Customer Support / Scheduling
Answer customer questions, book appointments, and keep routes running smoothly.
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable with basic computer tools
- Organized and dependable
Seasonal Summer Crew
Help the route crews with cleanups, openings, and busy-season service calls. A good first job or summer gig.
- No experience needed, paid training
- Comfortable working outdoors in the heat
- Show up on time and work well on a team
Hot Tub / Spa Technician
Service hot tubs and spas: water balance, filter cleaning, drain and refills, and basic troubleshooting.
- Water testing and chemical safety
- Willing to learn jets, pumps, and heaters
- Friendly with customers
Pool Repair & Equipment Technician
Diagnose and fix pumps, filters, heaters, and leaks, and install new equipment.
- 1+ year repair or trades experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Good with tools and problem solving
Route Supervisor
Plan routes, check quality, and support the technicians so customers stay happy.
- 2+ years pool experience preferred
- Valid driver's license
- Organized with strong people skills
Sales & Estimates Representative
